High Yield GCC Portfolio
A stock portfolio with dividend yield as the main focus, in addition to capital preservation. The goal of this portfolio is to beat the prevailing deposit interest rate and show positive capital growth over a time horizon of 5 years and more.
This portfolio is for investors who are not focused on capital gains, but are looking for continuous income over a long-term period. The manager categorizes large growth stocks in terms of return with the aim of diversifying sectors. Companies with a stable dividend history and reasonable fundamentals are shortlisted. From this list, additional analyzes are made and some are excluded, resulting in an investable portfolio of high-dividend stocks.
Fund Track Record
Arzaq Financial Investment Fund
In 1997, The Securities House launched Arzaq Financial Investment Fund to be invest in listed equities in accordance with Shariah principles in Kuwait. At the end of the fund after 5 years, the fund was liquidated with lucrative returns to investors.
