In the General Assembly meeting held on 5 July 2015, the shareholders elect a new board of directors of the company for the next three-year period. The board convenes and is composed as follows:
· Ibrahim Yousef Al-Ghanim – Chairman
· Fahed Faisal Boodai – Vice Chairman
· Aysha Faisal Almudhaf – Board Member
· Abdullah Jassem Boodai – Board Member
· Mosaed Adnan Al-Ajeel – Board Member
Also, the board nominates Mr. Fahed Faisal Boodai, the vice chairman to be the new chief executive officer of the company, subject to the approval of the Capital Markets Authority.
