- Discuss and approve company’s financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.
- Discuss the distribution or non-distribution of dividends for the year ended 31 December 2018.
- Discuss the recommendation to the shareholders general assembly to change the company’s external auditor due to expiration of his term.
