The Securities House Company would like to disclose that it has obtained the approval of the Capital Markets Authority to renew the right to buy or sell up to 10% of its shares (known as treasury shares) for a period of six months from the date of granting the approval on October 12, 2025.
There is no financial impact at the moment.
