The Securities House Company (K.P.S.C.) announces the opening of nominations for the membership of the Board of Directors, including independent members, for its new three-year term. The nomination period will be open for two weeks, starting from Sunday, March 31, 2024, until the end of the workday on Sunday, April 14, 2024.
Interested candidates for the Board membership should complete the nomination form for positions and functions required for registration by the licensed person in accordance with the instructions of competence and integrity instructions outlined in Chapters Five and Fifteen of Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority, the regulation of securities activities, and their amendments, as well as under the Kuwaiti Companies Law, and relevant decisions and instructions in the company's articles of association and amendments.
Subsequently, the filled-out form should be delivered to the company during its official working hours, along with all necessary supporting documents indicating adherence to the stipulated conditions, to the following address:
