The Securities House Company’s Board of Directors will convene on Sunday dated 13 January 2019 at 2:00 p.m., to discuss the recommendation to the Extraordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of the Company to cancel the following licensed securities activities which are not exercised by the Company:
– Custodian
– Securities Broker not registered in the Securities Exchange
– Investment Controller
