The Securities House Board of Directors will convene on Sunday 17 July 2022 at 2 p.m. to discuss submitting an acquisition proposal to one of its associate companies to acquire its entire stake 100% of a local company.
Deal details will be fully disclosed once the meeting is over.
Financial impact can’t be assessed at the time being.
