Abdullateif Mohammed Al Shaya

Mr. Abdullatif Alshaya has more than 15 years of professional experience in numerous fields. He started his career with one of the large public auditing and accounting firms in the United States, which provided him with a wide knowledge about the nature of business in various economic sectors. Further, Mr. Abdullatif Alshaya held several positions with leading investment companies and financial institutions in the region; of which last was as Executive Manager in Corporate Banking at Ahli United Bank. He currently holds the position of Deputy CEO in Alshaya Property Development Co. Mr. Alshaya holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver in the United States and holds several professional certificates from leading educational colleges and institutions.
Yousef Ibrahim Al Ghanim
Vice Chairman
Mr. Yousef Al Ghanim has been elected as a board member in May 2024 and is also serving as Vice Chairman since then. He joined The Securities House group of companies in 2014 and prior to that, he was the deputy general manager for investment & development at Alam Almesila General Trading Company, where he was responsible for leading and developing the company’s investments in line with its long-term objectives. Before that Mr. Al Ghanim was part of the corporate banking team at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, bringing with him a well-rounded experience in banking and Investments. Mr. Alghanim holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Kuwait University and has completed several executive programs, including “General Management Program” from The Chicago Booth.
Altaf Abdullah Al-Ghanim

Ms. Altaf Abdullah Yusuf Ahmed Al Ghanim is the founder, board member, general manager and co-commissioner of Abdullah Yusuf Ahmed Al Ghanim & Sons LLC and has held this position since the company was established in 2008. She has been assigned this responsibility by her late father Abdullah Yusuf Al-Ghanem since 2004, as she possesses decision-making and investment management abilities inside and outside Kuwait due to her specialized academic level. She also acts as the director of consulting at Al-Mubader LLC for its distinctive ability to communicate in both Arabic and English. Ms. Altaf Abdullah al-Ghanem obtained a university degree in commerce, economics and political science from Kuwait University (finance and banks).
Meshal Abdulrazzaq Al Wazzan

Mr. Meshal Al Wazzan is currently the Head of Strategy & Sustainability at Gulf Bank. He is responsible for the strategic planning, monitoring and implementation of the bank’s corporate and sustainability strategy. Previously Meshal was the Executive Director of the Competition Protection Agency for the State of Kuwait, where he was responsible for promoting and protecting a pro-competitive regulatory environment, also he was the Executive Vice Chairman of the National Fund for SME Development. (A USD 6 billion independent public institution responsible for developing and fostering SMEs and enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the State of Kuwait.). Prior to that, he was an Executive Manager with more than 10 years of Banking & Finance experience at Gulf Bank Corporate Banking Group. He played a major role in restructuring and settlement of distressed clients, bilateral and syndicated financing arrangements with an accumulated value of approx. KD 500 million Meshal holds an MBA from IE Business School.
Mosaed Adnan Al-Ajeel

Mosaed Al-Ajeel is a corporate attorney at Allen & Overy LLP (Dubai) and is qualified to practice law in Kuwait and New York. He has developed a particular focus in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, projects and other commercial transactions. Mr. Al-Ajeel was an associate at Meysan Partners and previous to that was the Head of the International Legal Department at Adnan Al-Ajeel & Partners Law Firm. Mr. Al-Ajeel holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Kuwait University and a Master’s in Business Law from Cornel University.”
