Hatem I. Al-Kolak joined The Securities House in 2007 as the Head of Internal Audit Department, with diverse experience spanning over 17 years. Prior to joining The Securities House, Hatem used to work for Big Four audit firms, during which he was engaged in several audit and consultancy services, giving him great exposure to a wide range of companies operating in different business sectors, such as financial services, real estate, insurance, oil and gas.

Mr. Al-Kolak holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and he is currently occupying the position of Vice President – Risk Management and Compliance, as well as serving as a member of the Executive Committee in addition to the Risk Management and Audit Committee
