Senior Vice President - Financial Controller

Mr. Hani Mohamed Zard has over 22 years of experience in the financial field and is currently the financial controller of The Securities House, where he joined the company in 2007.  Prior to that, he worked for a group of well-known Kuwaiti companies such as Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC), International Financial Advisory Company (IPFA) and Al Ghanim Holding Group of companies, where he supervised the preparation and review of financial performance reports and regulatory reports. Furthermore, the development of accounting policies and systems, and the control of cash flows and financial statements.

His main responsibilities include overseeing subsidiaries in the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Mr. Zarad has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Cairo University, Egypt.
