Meshal Abdulrazak Al Wazzan

Meshal has more than 17 years of experience in financial services. He started his career at Wafra Investment Advisory Firm in New York. In 2006 he joined Gulf Bank and was a member of the Financial Markets Division focusing mainly on financing companies operating in the shares and real estate sector. Meshal then moved to be actively engaged in restructuring and settlement of specific sensitive accounts within the Structured Workout and Corporate Finance Divisions. Prior to moving to Strategy, he was heading the Small & Middle Markets Coverage, focusing on small to mid-sized clients and fostering Business Development. Meshal also spent some time in multiple executive government posts focusing on Strategy and Business Development. He is currently assuming the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Gulf Bank.

Meshal holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Information Systems & E-Commerce from the University of Toledo. Meshal also completed multiple executive education trainings in Harvard & Chicago.
