Appeal Court Confirms the First Degree Ruling Against the Company With Regard to the Settlement of Debt Amounting to KD 35.2 Million Owed to Kuwait Finance House, and the Company's Plan to Appeal Before the Cassation Court.

With reference to the First Degree Court ruling against the company on 13 December 2012 ordering it to settle an amount of KD 35.2 million to Kuwait Finance House and the company’s appeal against this ruling, the Appeal Court confirms on 24 April 2013 the First Degree ruling in favour of Kuwait Finance House.  The company will appeal against this ruling before the Cassation Court and it is the management’s view that there are solid and sufficient legal grounds for its appeal to be accepted.
