On 11 March 2015, the company completes the sale of 285 million shares of its investment in Gatehouse Bank plc (equivalent to 1.8% of the bank’s share capital) to Threadneedle Investments, a leading global asset manager based in London, at a price of 2.25 pence per share. This sale results in the recognition of a net gain of approximately KD 150 thousand.
