The Securities House board of directors had convened on Sunday January 13, 2019 at 02:00 p.m. and approved the recommendation to the company’s EGM to cancel some of its licensed securities activities which are not practiced by the company and the amendment of its articles and bylaws as follows:
First: securities activities recommended to be canceled by company’s board
– Investment custodian
– Unregistered broker in Kuwait stock exchange
– Investment Monitoring
Second: Amendments to company’s articles and its bylaws by canceling the following activities
– Acting as investment custodian for shares which are listed in Kuwait stock exchange for the benefit of its clients
– Brokerage activities by selling and buying securities in exchange of commissions or fees
– Investment Monitoring
