The Securities House Company’s Board of Directors will convene on Thursday dated 08 April 2021 at 2:00 p.m., through telecommunication channels to discuss the items on its agenda including discussion of the following subjects:
The recommendation to the Shareholders General Assembly not to distribute dividends for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The recommendation to the Shareholders General Assembly to reduce the capital against writing-off the accumulated losses.
The recommendation to the Shareholders General Assembly to amend Article 5 of the Article of Association and Article (4) of the company’s Memorandum by cancelling some of the company's activities.
