The Securities House company wish to clarify that the decision to delist the company from the register of investment companies with the Central Bank of Kuwait is a supplement to the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the company held on June 03, 2021, through which the company agreed to cancel the financing activities from its bylaws, as the register of investment companies with the Central Bank of Kuwait is only for those companies engaged in financing activities. We would also like to emphasize that the company is still registered with the CMA's list of licensed companies and continues to engage in all licensed securities activities on a regular basis.
There is no financial impact as a result of the decision on the company's financial position or results from operations.
